In 1995 when the red star Talos became visible a select of group of mages and their custodes migrated to a horizon realm fearing that the star's appearance heralded the end of Earth. They have built a society with limited resources but are they happy? And what happens when they find out Earth still exists? Will they go back? How will they survive in a horizon realm with very limited magickal energy?
